Local moves start at a two-mover, one-truck crew with a short hourly minimum, HOA gate code or not. That minimum gets spelled out on the phone, before anything goes in writing.
What size truck shows up for my move?+
We own our trucks and size the truck to your load and your driveway — a smaller truck staged at the curb is standard for the tighter Old Town alleys and Carefree lanes.
Will someone actually see my place before quoting it?+
Yes. Derek or Melissa will walk the property in person, or do a quick video tour, so the written flat rate matches what is actually moving.
How should I prep the house before moving day?+
Have boxes taped and labeled, clear a path to the door, and leave the gate code or guard-gate instructions at the front desk. Ask us and we’ll email over a room-by-room packing list to work from.
