A handful of questions come up before almost every booking: our registration status, how a written number compares to a phone guess, what a guard gate or an HOA changes about the job, how we handle a foothill driveway, and what happens to belongings if a closing date slips.

Does our own crew handle every step, or does part of it get farmed out to a broker?
We do the work ourselves, full stop. Every truck at the yard is titled to Integrity Moving Specialist, and every mover on it draws a W-2 paycheck from this company, not a subcontractor's. One name covers the estimate and the invoice, so nothing about your job gets posted to a load board, resold to another outfit, or passed through a broker in between. The person who quotes the job is on the crew that shows up to do it.
How do we know your registration and coverage are actually in order?
Yes. The company is Arizona-registered, carries full cargo coverage on every load, and is in good standing today. That covers both the state-side and interstate insurance requirements, and a certificate of insurance is available any time an HOA or property manager asks for one before granting access. Coverage does not change whether the job is a two-bedroom condo or a long haul down I-10.
Flat rate or hourly?
Hourly, always, but as one flat per-truck-and-crew figure agreed before anyone touches a box, not a rate that climbs once the clock starts. A phone quote that sounds cheap tends to grow once a guard gate or a long carry eats into the hours; ours does not, because gate access and driveway grade are already built into the number. If the job runs long, that is on us, not on your final bill.
Do you handle HOA and gated-community properties?
Constantly. It is most of the calendar. A Paradise Valley gate that wants a certificate of insurance on file, a DC Ranch committee that requires a reserved move-in window, or a McDowell Mountain Ranch driveway with a boulder wall to navigate all get mapped out before the truck leaves the yard. Anthony's crew will stage a smaller truck at the curb when the driveway calls for it, and none of that turns into a surprise line item.
What if my closing date pushes back? Will you hold my things?
Yes, and it comes up often here. Closing dates slip, and snowbird season brings its own scheduling crunch every fall and spring. Your things go into a clean local storage unit, billed month to month by size, usually with the first month around half price. The same crew delivers everything once your new keys are ready.
How does valuation work?
Two levels to choose from. Released-value protection comes at no extra charge and settles at sixty cents per pound per item, workable for sturdy furniture but thin for anything valuable. Full-value protection costs one to three percent of the value you declare and carries cargo coverage up to a million dollars behind it. Tell us what is actually going on the truck and we will point you to the right tier.
Do you handle Old Town homes and narrow alleys?
Yes. Cody's crew is the one that usually draws the Old Town jobs, older adobe and mid-century homes where the alley or the doorframe decides how a couch actually gets inside. That gets scouted before move day rather than figured out in the moment, and it does not cost extra.
When do I pay?
Once the last box is where it belongs. Cash, check, or card all work. The number was set in writing before the truck left Raintree Drive, so there is no math happening at the curb and nothing higher than what you signed for at booking.
Is there a penalty for backing out if my plans change?
Tell us as soon as you know. Closings collapse and dates shift constantly, and none of that is new after this many years in Scottsdale. There is no penalty for rescheduling, just give us enough notice that another family on the waitlist can take the slot you are giving up.
Whose trucks show up on move day, and who's actually driving them?
Yes to both. The trucks are titled to Integrity Moving Specialist and the crew are employees we hired and trained, not day labor and not a subcontractor. Nobody scrambles for help the morning of your move, and the job never quietly shifts to a different company. Whoever quoted it is on the crew at your door.
