Bed frames, dining tables, and oversized dressers get taken apart ahead of the move and rebuilt at the new address. Floors get covered room by room, since tile or original wood cannot be sanded out after a scuff, while a piano gets its own dedicated rig rather than typical furniture treatment.
Where the driveway does the talking
A steep grade behind a McDowell boulder wall is exactly where a cut-rate crew either adds fees quietly or scrapes the stucco. Ours measures the slope ahead of time, wraps every railing and corner, and gets a couch or a hutch through without drama. In Old Town, a narrow alley sometimes means parking a smaller truck at the curb because the full-size rig will not fit.
Gates, HOAs, and July heat

Melissa Cordero does. She gets whatever paperwork or code a DC Ranch or McDowell Mountain Ranch gate requires cleared before we lock in your booking, so nobody is stuck waiting outside a locked gate on your dime.
What about pianos, gun safes, and other heavy pieces?+
Standard scope for us. Nathan Ruiz's crew boards it and gets it past whatever stands in the way, a stairwell, a tight doorway, no subcontractor involved, and it is already covered in your flat number.
