What happens if my new place is ready sooner than planned?+
That is exactly why this exists. Everything moves into temperature-controlled bays and comes back out once your keys or HOA clearance are in hand. One agreement covers it all, so you are not signing a second contract or scrambling to find extra space on short notice.
Will a piano hold up in storage?+
It will. It stays upright, padded, and boarded in the same bays as everything else, away from summer heat. Setup happens automatically at delivery, and booking a tuner after that is entirely your call.
What is the going rate?+
Somewhere between $130 and $340 a month, priced by how much you are storing, and booking a move through us at the same time typically knocks the opening month down by half. Every month after that bills at the same flat number covering both ends of the job.
Can I leave things in storage a long time?+
Regularly, yes. A fair number of Scottsdale households end up between addresses for a stretch, snowbirds especially, and let us hold everything until they are settled. Bays stay protected right through summer, and everything comes back out whenever you say go.
