Local Movers in Scottsdale & Maricopa County

Integrity Moving Specialist prices a local move around what your address actually requires, an HOA gate, a foothill driveway, or an Old Town alley, before anyone signs anything, and that number holds once the truck shows up.

Send it and it lands directly with our Scottsdale scheduling desk, where we build your written number and get it back to you the same business day more often than not. Getting a number costs nothing and commits you to nothing — hang onto it as long as you need before deciding either way. Derek or someone on his direct staff builds every quote by hand, and it doesn't get forwarded outside our own office.

Scottsdale local moves, priced before we touch a box

Derek Foss spent his early years running dispatch for a Valley freight yard, watching loads get quoted over the phone and then blow past that number the moment a truck hit a gate code nobody had asked about. He started Integrity Moving Specialist in 2011 to stop that from happening to his own customers.

One number, set before the truck moves

Melissa Cordero looks at the property, in photos or in person, before your price gets locked in, whether that means a DC Ranch gate code, a boulder-lined foothill driveway, or an Old Town block too tight for a full rig. Everyone riding the truck works for Integrity Moving Specialist directly. Nobody is a contractor we picked up that morning.

What a Scottsdale move day looks like

  1. Property review Melissa logs the HOA rules, driveway grade, and gate access before a number gets written down.
  2. Booking confirmed Anthony Reyes books a truck and crew for your date, and any paperwork the HOA wants on file goes in early.
  3. Early start Pads and straps go on furniture first, and in summer the crew is rolling before the sun clears Camelback Mountain.
  4. On-site Nathan Ruiz runs the crew through whatever the address requires, a gate, a tight alley, or a steep drive.
  5. Setup Furniture goes back together at the new place, and the bill matches the number Melissa gave you at the start.

Streets our crew already knows

Nathan can back a truck into a McDowell Mountain Ranch cul-de-sac without a second look, and Priya Nair knows exactly which Old Town corners need a smaller box truck instead of the full-size rig. Neither one treats an odd driveway as something to figure out on the fly.

  • Old Town ScottsdaleAdobe and mid-century homes, alleys too narrow for oversized trucks
  • DC Ranch & McDowell Mountain RanchHOA-gated, move-in slots booked ahead of time
  • Paradise ValleyGuard-gated estates behind private walls
  • Cave Creek & CarefreeDesert acreage on long gravel approaches

Since before most of today’s competitors existed

Derek still drives out personally for the toughest HOA jobs and foothill lots. He has been reading gate codes and driveway grades across this Valley since 2011, longer than a lot of the movers advertising here today have been open for business.

Derek's Word on It

Our Scottsdale Moving Guarantees

The Estimate Is the Invoice

The flat rate Derek writes down is the number you pay — no clock running once the truck rolls through the gate.

Arizona-Registered & Insured

Full cargo coverage on every load, and a certificate of insurance sent to any HOA or property manager who asks for one.

Our Own W-2 Crews

Scottsdale-based employees on our payroll — never day labor, never a stranger off a load board.

No Hidden Surcharges

No add-on for an HOA gate code, a McDowell Mountains driveway grade, or a narrow Old Town alley. The number we quote doesn't move once the truck backs in.

Company-Owned Trucks

Our own trucks out of our Raintree Drive yard — what gets taped shut at your door is what our crew carries in, never handed off to another outfit.

Right On Schedule

The window you're given is the window we hit. If a prior job runs past its clock, we'll call ahead so you're not left guessing, and we'll make it right.

Common Questions

How do you land on my local price?+
Three factors set the number: total square footage, whether either end is hard to reach, and the distance separating pickup from drop-off. Melissa locks that in before your booking is confirmed, and it will not move later just because of a McDowell driveway or an Old Town alley. A small job sometimes comes out cheaper billed hourly, so we price it both ways and you take whichever number is lower.
Who takes care of gate codes and HOA paperwork?+
Melissa Cordero does. She gets your certificate of insurance and move-in window cleared with the gate guard or the HOA office ahead of time, and Anthony makes sure the truck rolls up already cleared instead of idling at a call box.
Will your crew move a piano on a local job?+
Yes, that is standard work for us. Nathan Ruiz's crew boards and carries it like any other heavy piece, no outside company involved, and it is already built into your flat total.
How far out should I book, especially during snowbird season?+
The earlier the better, particularly October through April when part-time desert residents are moving in both directions. Give us a date and we will hold your slot, your price, and a start time, pre-dawn if summer heat calls for it, and none of it changes even if your closing date does.
