By requesting a quote or confirming a booking with Integrity Moving Specialist, an Arizona-registered and insured household-goods carrier based in Scottsdale, you agree to the terms below, which apply to this website and to the moving, packing, and storage work our crew performs.
What we cover
Our crew works across Scottsdale and the Phoenix Valley: Paradise Valley’s gated estates, DC Ranch and McDowell Mountain Ranch, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Carefree, and every Old Town Scottsdale block, plus long-distance runs along I-17 and I-10. Every truck belongs to the company, and everyone riding in it is a direct employee. We do not farm work out to independent operators or list your job with an outside party.
How a quote gets built
A written number comes from what you tell us: pickup and delivery addresses, gate codes or HOA requirements, stairs or tight clearances, driveway grade on foothill properties, approximate inventory, and your target date. That figure becomes your rate for a job matching that description, with no added fuel charge or mileage add-on anywhere in Scottsdale. A request alone does not hold a date; a slot is locked in only once our office confirms it back to you.
When a number can change
If the property does not match what was described, an access road rougher than mentioned, a different address entirely, or noticeably more furniture than reported, a revised number gets discussed and approved with you before the crew goes any further. That is the only situation where the original figure moves.
Scheduling and changes
A date belongs to whoever confirms it, not whoever asked first. Plans shift, and telling us as soon as yours does gives another Scottsdale household a shot at that opening. Your signed quote or move agreement is where the deposit amount and the cancellation terms for your particular job get written out.
What we need from you
- Describe the job honestly, including approximate room count and anything unusually heavy or bulky
- Disclose gate codes, HOA requirements, stairs, and fragile items before the crew arrives
- Secure any HOA, property manager, or building approval beyond what our office coordinates directly
- Keep pathways clear and accessible on both ends so the crew can work efficiently
Coverage and claims
Coverage on your shipment depends on the valuation option you selected and applicable federal rules. The included option is released-value protection, valued at sixty cents a pound per article; upgrading to full-value protection costs extra, tied to the value you declare, with cargo coverage of up to $1 million applying to the shipment as well. Claims must arrive in writing, and federal rules typically give you around nine months following delivery to submit one for an out-of-state relocation.
